Hi. I can't rate the quality of work because they just did not show up. I was told a technician would be at my home between 9-11am and I would get a phone call about an hour before technician would arrive. At 11:45am, after receiving no phone call or technician at my home, I called and was told yes, I was on the schedule and they would contact the technician and call me back in about 15 mins. I got no call back and no technician ever showed up.
