My dream come true!!! After years of disappointment with fireplace insert companies that call themselves "specialists", I called Hometown Heating and Air Conditioning for a propane insert with river rocks in the insert. I had been told for years that what I wanted was not available. Then I called Hometown. Eric came out the following week after my call and measured, made suggestions, and listened to my wish list. The insert was ordered, came in early and was installed the next week. I could not be happier. I recommend this company and you will not be disappointed. High marks for Eric, Jennifer and the installers.

Jennifer at the office was very professional and was able to get Matt over to my house to give me a quote on a furnace install and duct cleaning the next day. I have a rental property with two furnaces and intended on replacing both if the price was right. I received the quote and was offered financing the same day, which I couldn't turn down. The furnaces were installed the following week with punctual, informative, professional and courteous service. Overall I am very pleased with everything and intend to look to them for any future heating needs.
