I was very pleased with how quickly I was able to get service and Jim the technician was very good. I gave 4 stars only because of the price charged for the new switch. I felt it should have been less. Other than that I will definitely use them again

John arrived early before I got home for my appointment time. The dispatcher I spoke with, Wayne, was friendly and helpful telling me that the technician John would be happy to wait. I arrived home at the scheduled time and the technician was professional, helpful, knowledgeable and offered opportunities for a new home owner to learn. He quickly located the issue, fixed the problem, and was willing to do the additional checks to make sure nearby outlets were installed properly as well. Bryan was kind to my situation explained everything in layman’s terms and fixed my really crucial issue in less than 10 minutes. He was courteous and his work was clean and super efficient! I absolutely recommend Mr.Sparky and I will be calling soon to schedule Bryan to come again to hang a ceiling fan and an outdoor floodlight. Thank you all especially Bryan!
