I called Mako Plumbing and Heating as my hot water was coming out brown. They came the next day and checked out my system. After speaking with Jay on options we went with adding a new house water filtration system and flushing the water heater. He even took care of it the same day, by 5 we were all set. After running the hot water a few days I now have clear drinkable water. Jay was super knowledgeable and would recommend this team over again.

I was looking for an honest plumber I could trust to not rip my eyeball out. After reading reviews about Mako, I called to make an appointment. The woman who answered the phone was so kind and helpful. She was happy to work with me and my crazy schedule and even had to adjust an appointment for me. Already, I was happy with the service and the plumber hadn’t even come out yet! Jay arrived right on time and immediately put a mat down when he walked in the house. I wish my kids would do that!! He was professional and friendly and I immediately felt comfortable having him in my home. Jay looked over all the projects I had questions about and gave me all of my options. He actually tried to save me money in places and also advised me on what would be safest for my kids. I definitely look forward to working with Jay and getting all my projects completed. I’m so glad I took the recommendations I read about Mako. This company is a great find!

a few years back, Mako repaired my heating they were professional and experienced, repair is successful, no issues these past winter. Just call them for a water heater issue and he quickly came over to diagnose, fixed the issue, on a Friday afternoon before office closed. Also provided a backup plan just in case. I thought I could fix it, sometimes it is better to have a professional plumber to work on it ;-)
