They have the best prices and huge inventory - my go to shop for any plumbing needs, have been buying from them since last 3 years. Staff is very friendly, Customer Service is Top Notch - very accommodative also, in case of exchanges of any other issues.
Bought a 100 series pump for $300 and came with coupling defect. My plumber had to fix the machine himself. Why do I have to fix a product that is suppose to be brand new ? Owner failed to refund me or reach back out to me after take my name and number. Extremely rude owner, stealing people’s money. He said there’s nothing he can do and there’s no way to help me. Please take your money elsewhere.
