We had an emergency at the start of the Labor day weekend, we had to shutoff our main water. We called Best and Fast plumbing, spoke to Alex, he was great, when the tech could not make it to our home at the specified time, he came to the rescue! He diagnosed the problem, was able to get the parts, repaired it and we were able to have water that day. We didn't think it would be repaired since it was Labor day weekend. Thank you Alex!!!! I give them 5 stars. Called the Best and Fast and the technician EJ came within 30 minutes. I was suffering and my hot water heater was not working from 4 days. EJ came and quickly diagnosed the issue. He went to get the parts and fixed within 2 hours. I am so happy with their service. EJ is very knowledgeable and professional. This is the best company ever. I called this afternoon and I spoke with Alex and he came in less than an hour, did the inspection and gave me a very good price.Alex came with in 2 hours as promised and installed my brand new water heater tank.
