Excellent experience! After contacting NorWest, Maureen and David were extremely helpful, understanding, and responsive with our emails. Both the installers Richard and Miguel were amazing! They were very professional, quick, and flexible with the installation. They also showed me how to work the unit afterwards. One of the Bedroom's AC went out. Unfortunately, manufacturer's warranty only covered seal parts, not exposed motor. I was recommended to Nor-West by IslandAire. First appointment on time, took AC unit with them. I was told I would get it between 1-2 weeks I got it on the 15th day. Second appointment also on time. Installed and working great. A bit pricey but I rather pay more and deal with professionals like Nor-West. I also got a year warranty. I will use them again and recommend them. Thanks Maureen and tech. Richard! Initially my experience was not good. I was promised an appointment for delivery and installation of a new PTAC for my Primary Bedroom today between 9am-1pm. When no one had arrived by 2pm, I called the company to ask if they’d be arriving soon. I was told that they had made a mistake and never put me on the schedule. I was very unhappy with the response at the time, and lack of solutions. So after sweating it out all weekend, this morning's experience was completely different. The techs arrived very promptly, calling when they were 10 minutes out. Once here, they worked incredibly fast and efficiently, while being really nice. In less than 20 minutes, I have my bedroom back, and happily chilled. They were absolutely wonderful and I am very happy with the final result. As a final post script- and hour after the techs left- the owner of the company called me to apologize for what had happened and offered a complimentary annual service for my units before next summer, which I gratefully
