I hired Tidal Plumbing & Heating when my gas was turned off by Con Ed. They handled everything from pulling the permits, scheduling appointments with the DOB and Con Ed and repairing everything so that it would pass inspection. They were extremely responsive, courteous and easy to work with. I HIGHLY recommend using them for gas issues or anything else.

I hired Tidal Plumbing & Heating to have my Gas service with Con Edison restored after being off for 2+ years. The Tidal Plumbing team handled everything from pulling permits, setting up the appointments and repairing anything that needed to be repaired with a very Professional and Courteous manner. They were friendly and easy to work with, especially when scheduling the multiple inspection and line testing appointments that were needed. I would definitely recommend them for any Plumbing work especially Gas related.

I first used Tidal to do my gas pipe inspections. The price was very fair and Sunny was so professional. I recommended him to a few of my friends. Everyone was very satisfied. I then called Sunny to install a new boiler in my small apartment house. Everything went great and I am extremely happy. He has great employees including Jo in the office and Matt the mechanic who installed the boiler. Sunny is reliable, professional and genuinely a nice guy.
