We had our fall check today by TriStar Commercial HVAC Solutions. Johnny was the technician, who was outstanding. He was extremely thorough, explained how everything worked in detail, and how efficient our system was running. He was pleasure to chat with, polite, I cannot hesitate to recommend him more!!
Our tech was responsive and courteous and ever mindful of the distance and the protocol associated with sheltering in place which I appreciate tremendously. I have aging units and he was genuinely interested in preserving their lives, going above and beyond, which means when it's time to replace I will most definitely be doing so with TriStar Commercial HVAC Solutions!
Very competent person, Johnny, came to give me an estimate to replace my central air. Everything was done exactly as I asked and I could tell the installers cared about doing quality work. They kept the house clean too. Wasn't the lowest quote for the job but I have zero worry about the work and I think that peace of mind is worth it! Bravo!
