Excellent service. I called on a Friday morning to make an appointment, the lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and worked with me to find a window that suited my work schedule. The technician arrived and was very polite and patient despite the stupid questions I was asking and the fact that I had no idea about anything regarding my heater, its a new house and I didn't even know where it was! I highly recommend TriStar Commercial HVAC Solutions and they will now be my go to people for all HVAC needs.
TriStar Commercial HVAC Solutions was great to work with. Tech was so professional and friendly, he walked me through all the options for our system. He showed me videos and readings for our system and explained everything thoroughly. Would definitely work with them again.
