Allstate did a complete roofing on our home which included replacing all plywood. They exceeded all our standards for this job. The crew was friendly and very efficient. They were extremely neat and tidy as there was no debris left behind. The work is excellent and very attractive as we get many comments about it. We would definitely use Allstate again. I had to have a new roof because the insurance company canceled my coverage. I solicited three bids and chose Allstate which had a good reputation and lowest price. Burr Williams conducted a careful inspection of the roof and attic and made a detailed proposal. He continued to be readily accessible and extraordinarily helpful on follow-through. The Allstate Team was responsive and delivered on time. When the job was complete, I noticed some nails around the yard; I brought this to their attention, and they IMMEDIATELY addressed it with no questions. 30 minutes after I let them know my concerns, they had a team here to clean it up. I am happy with how the gutters, facia and soffits came out. I have used Allstate twice before (once for a new roof and another time for new soffits, facia and gutters on another property I own). I work with them because I can count on the work being completed on time and because they stand behind the work. Each time I have hired them they address all the fine details at the end of the job that I request with no questions asked (and very timely). The crews they hire are not Allstate employees (at least on the three jobs I had done) ....they are contracted by Allstate.... however, my thought is that if I hired a crew directly myself, I might not get the same level of service and gu
