Five Star improvements did an excellent job at doing a complete tear off and replacement of our roof. From the start, Lou Bagnato was very thorough explaining exactly what was involved with the complete tear off. From the protective shield, financing options, and the quality of the roof shingles etc.. Following that, Matt Melrose met with us to finalize the deal and schedule our roof replacement. Our roof was done at a convenient time to work with my schedule as promised. Matt was very responsive getting back to us with any concerns we had. It was a pleasure working with the two of them. Also, the crew did an excellent job on the roof and keeping our yard clean as they went along. I would definitely recommend five star improvements if you're going to need a roof replacement. Thanks. The crew that came out to install our siding were very professional and worked quickly. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend Five Star Improvements to anyone. I would also like to mention that Lou and Matt were particularly good to work with!
