Five Star Improvements

I highly recommend Five Star for anyone in need of roofing repair or replacement. They provided a fair and honest estimate, and completed the work on time and within budget. The quality of their workmanship is top-notch!

I had to have my gutters replaced, and possibly a window, and was recommended to Five Star by a co-worker who had the same work done. It turned out that the problem was my gutters and the way they were setup when I bought the home. Since they were doing the work, I asked about some siding that needed to be replaced/fixed and a potential leak in the roof. Lou recommended replacing a seal around the pipe and, based on the structure of my home, a rubber roof with extension to address the leak around my window. Overall, I am satisfied with the work performed once the weather cooperated. The only complaint I had, was that the person who did the siding (great job) left a lot of trash against the side of my house by the back door for about a week. When I called to tell them, final bill was due and I wanted the clean up completed first, I was assured that it would be addressed.
