The technician did an excellent job, I felt the service was a bit pricey however. A pump costs around $200 and you need to mark it up to cover carrying costs etc. It took the tech about 15 minutes to install and the bill was $770. seemed high to me although I was happy wit the communication and service. This was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor of any sort. American Plumbing was professional, courteous, fair, and beyond knowledgeable. The technicians explained everything they were doing so that I would completely understand the process. They repiped 8 of my pedicure chairs so that they would drain far more quickly and effectively. They came up with a plan, gave me a great estimate, and executed the plan impeccably all the while being completely professional and kind. They cleaned up everything to the point I didn’t have to do anything after they left. Please call them. They are awesome. I was referred to American Plumbing by another plumber. We had an obstructed sewer line. They provided a technician, Cisco, who arrived at 6:30 pm, only 1 hours after my first contacting them. Cisco was pleasant, very efficient, and explained the nature of the problem and what needed to be done. He successfully cleared the blockage with a 100 foot snake.
