Nick came out for an emergency call today and the service I received was phenomenal. He actually took the time to show and teach me about the system that I previously knew nothing about, thereby empowering me for dealing with it in the future. He was patient, knowledgeable, and professional. In addition, I was concerned that I would be late to work due to my plumbing emergency, but he was fast enough to where I can make it to the hospital on time for my shift. I am so very appreciative! Chris and his crew arrived on time as scheduled and immediately got to work. I was having a (15) year old generator replaced, also purchased from Anderson, only because certain replacement parts were no longer being manufactured and although we never had a failure in fifteen years, we did not want to tempt fate. They made the process seamless. Their attention to detail was amazing and they kept me in the loop during the whole process. I’m one of those homeowners that likes to watch how things are done and they were more than willing to allow me to keep watch as they worked and answered any questions that I had. The one thing that set this crew apart was their attention to detail and how well they worked together and got along with each other. They had some challenges while running the new cabling from the panel to the outside, yet by working together, they made short work of any obstacles they encountered. Sam, Josh and the team did a fantastic job installing our water filtration system and new tankless water heater and transporting the old one out. It was not an easy job due to some complexities with the house, but they handled every challenge with ease and in a professional manner. Tom did a great job at the start sharing with us what we need. All in all, I highly recommend Anderson!
