Chris and his crew arrived on time as scheduled and immediately got to work. I was having a (15) year old generator replaced, also purchased from Anderson, only because certain replacement parts were no longer being manufactured and although we never had a failure in fifteen years, we did not want to tempt fate. They made the process seamless. Their attention to detail was amazing and they kept me in the loop during the whole process. I’m one of those homeowners that likes to watch how things are done and they were more than willing to allow me to keep watch as they worked and answered any questions that I had. I was looking for a generator for my elderly mother, who lives alone. Angie's list recommended a few different companies. Anderson was the first to respond. I explained my situation, and actually felt heard. After speaking with a few other companies, I made an appointment with Anderson. Tom came out, sat with us, thoroughly explained everything, and made us feel very comfortable. Needless to say, our decision had been made! 10 days later, Mom had her generator.
