Our Technician, Mike is very knowledgeable and friendly! He is patient and listened to the problem that my Husband and I explained to him. He thoroughly measured and checked out the generator and the location issue. Mike agreed that it should not be facing so that the exhaust blows out along the side of our house. Mike has been to our house several times now and is always efficient and conscientious...he is our favorite Tech! Services: Electrical wiring installation, Installation
Devon was personable, professional & efficient. He provided routine maintenance and assessed maintenance needs on my generator. He fully explained the necessary adjustments & costs. Having my maintenance needs met by such a competent serviceman was a pleasure.
We had an install done yesterday of a home generator system.
