Great Job!! I wanted to switch from an existing electric dryer that came with my new house to a gas dryer. I called prime and from my first contact who was exceptional to Nick A. Who performed high quality work for me were both just awesome. Nick quoted me a price which included savings and incentives. Nick then (the same day) installed all the piping and fittings needed for the gas and replaced all the old flex venting with new solid venting which looks and works great! He tested his work and tested my new dryer for proper operation to complete the job. Also the cleanup was exceptional. It was a pleasure to have him in the house and to have someone with great knowledge, politeness, and professionalism to be doing the work for me. Thank You.!!

Called Pride for a non-emergency issue. Scheduled me for an appointment the next day. Matthew M showed up earlier than the original appointment time with my confirmation. Went through multiple diagnostics to try and find the issue with the toilet. After multiple diagnostics, the only option left was replacing the toilet. Matthew got the toilet ordered, delivered, and installed within 1.5 hours. Very knowledgeable and assured me that everything else was running perfectly. Service: Toilet repair

On Sunday, Sept 9/3/2023 the faucet handler our shower broke off. Monday morning 9/4/23 I called Pride fully aware that it was a holiday, yet willing to pay a much higher rate than normal for "emergency" service. My call went to voice-mail where I left a message including my name, address and phone number and description of the problem. A few minutes later I received a text from Pride saying "Sorry we missed your call. We will call you back shortly." I waited at home all day and didn't receive a return call, so Tuesday morning I called again and received an appointment for that afternoon. When Matt arrived, I explained about the shower faucet and voiced some dissatisfaction with the operation of a toilet that Pride had installed two weeks before. The faucet handle was "temporarily" fixed with the promise that we would receive a call from Pride the next morning with price quotes for a permanent repair. It is now Thursday evening, 9/7/23 and I have heard NOTHING from Pride. I have
