Overall I had a terrific experience working with Carter exteriors. The quoting process was a bit shaky as my quoter had to reschedule our first appointment and was late to his second appointment where his wife waited in the car. I believe he forgot the samples that he said he was going to bring as he only used his phone to display the shingle color options. Besides not being overly professional my quoter was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. Additionally the scope of work quoted was beyond what was included in other quotes I received. I know sometimes things happen so we gave him the benefit of the doubt and we’re glad we did. After getting past the quote everything went extremely well. Austin Carter reached out to us directly and I knew we were in good hands. Jim the project manager was very professional and communicative. His son Hunter was also very easy to work with. I received constant updates from them and knew exactly what was happening in real time
