Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

These two guys that came in and cleaned up the basement were unbelievable!! They never took a break and worked from 9:30 am to 5:00 PM and did an amazing job! They even cut a piece of wood to help my broken landing going down to the basement so they could get in and out without falling through!! They went way above and beyond and were so kind and courteous! I couldn’t have asked for better service! Even the guy that came yesterday to set up this clean out was so kind and helpful getting me through the insurance call and was again. So nice and respectful. This is a very service oriented company in terms of going above and beyond for the client. You don’t see this kind of work much anymore but these guys rock!!! Thank you so much Roto rooter!! We recieved a very prompt response when we called for a sewage backup at our home by the clean up team, James, and the technician. When the county was unable to find the main the manager Chris was called and he responded in minutes. He found the main instantly.
