We had an AC emergency the evening before our Open House. We were able to use Empire's emergency line answering service and their technician Dominic called us first thing in the morning. The owner Maurice also called to make sure that everything was going well. We were so impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism and value that we later had Empire clean and inspect the whole HVAC system as part of our house sale process. I can't say enough about Empire. Maurice, the owner, came out and provided an estimate for a mini-split AC system at our new how. He answered every question I had about the proposed project. Not only did they have a four-person crew installing it as soon as I (not them - they could have come sooner) was available, Maurice was there multiple times a day to check up on things. Chris and his team did an excellent job, and we all together just a very friendly crew to have at the house for a few days. Most importantly, the system works great! Price was right, as well.
