Just saw a service tech blowing off a refrigerant recovery tank right out of the back of his truck in Barnaveld, NY. BIG NO NO. EPA levy’s a 20k fine for not properly recovering and recycling the refrigerant. I should have took a video and blew him into the epa for the reward. I wouldn’t hire these scabs.
Not great both salads we made wrong. No management present to help fix the issue or address the problem.
Very sad I've tried for 2 days to set up a service appointment with no return call. Called 2/3 and 2/7 no return call. Obviously they don't need the business so give it to a company that actually cares and appreciates the opportunity to earn yours!!!! Get your company in check because Obviously you have a serious problem based off all the negative reviews. Service: Ductless heating & A/C services
