The business recently changed hands this past November when Dave Feldman retired. I was notified of this at the time of service. It is also referenced on the companies web site. I wanted a 15% senior citizen discount deducted from the cost of the service call diagnostic charge. I was informed that it would not happen but, if I pursue the installation of a new motor then it would be deducted from the next repair bill. At first the Technician informed me that the cost of a new motor would be above $2K and can't install until October. After my refusal, the Technician indicated that he can get an alternative repair motor and install it for $692.28 and deduct 15%. The 15% discount was missing from the estimated sent copy emailed to me. I called the company to have the estimate with the 15% senior citizen discount included in the estimate but, that never happened. Our A/C failed on the 85 degree Tuesday after Labor Day. I called in expecting to get service in a few days. Instead Sue was able to prioritize my needs and we were back up and running after about an hour. This required replacing the capacitor in the outside compressor and cleaning the unit for cottonwood.
