Very kind and professional. They were very respectful to our house and did a great job with the install. They made sure it was done right and did not rush off which allowed them to spot an issue with one of the components (manufacturing issue. no fault of theirs). From start to finishing Feldman Heating & Cooling was professional and had the experience to to service my older AC unit. The booking process was extremely easy. They followed up with emails and text messages to remind me of the service appointment. On the date of the service I received a text which told me which technician would be coming out and the approximate arrival time. When Sam arrived he was on time, professional and tested my AC unit throughly. He completed the service and made recommendations. I made payment to him with my card on his tablet and he was on his way. I would definitely recommend Feldman Heating & Cooling and I'll definitely be using them in the future.
