Service Tech (Sam) very knowledgeable and professional. Identified the problem in 10 minutes and corrected the problem. Even showed me the issue and how we can prevent it in the future (without needing to call them). Explained further details and suggested we have Tech person come each year for general maintenance and cleaning etc. (which we will do)! Great job Sam!
Another company said the heat exchanger was cracked and needed replacement. Second opinion from Feldman found it was fine. Definitely will turn to Feldman for heating and cooling needs - honest, friendly, reliable. Service: HVAC system maintenance
Our A/C failed on the 85 degree Tuesday after Labor Day. I called in expecting to get service in a few days. Instead Sue was able to prioritize my needs and we were back up and running after about an hour. This required replacing the capacitor in the outside compressor and cleaning the unit for cottonwood.
