I had this company side my home about 2 1/2 yrs ago. They did a beautiful job on the siding BUT BROKE 2 windows on my home. At the time it happened, I was told what happened. They immediately admitted responsibility and promised to come back and fix them. No one came back and when I called they told me the one window was special order and everything was backed up due to COVID. I started calling trying to find out when the windows would be replaced. Every time I was told they'd lookinto it and call me back. No one called me back EVER. I've lost count of how many times I called and never got a response. Even as recently as a month or so ago I was still being given the same answer and never received a call back. In good faith I paid them everything I owed them because I thought they would be true to their word but they were not. Since its obvious my windows won't be replaced I would not recommend using them but if you do PROCEED WITH CAUTION. In your response you state the windows were

They replaced my garage and house roof a few years ago. We talked about how he would cover the low angle roof over a bow window with a membrane; this is like what was already there. The same went for four roof returns, membrane would go on the tin covered return. Turned out he shingled all of those areas, no consult, just shingled them. Later I asked, why and he said it was his option per contract, due to enough angle for water to run off, but not by what he said he would do. A bunch of shingles were not flat and he said they would flatten in the summer, still not flat. He also, forgot the ridge vent on the garage. Which they did come back and replace. I had a partial roll of aluminum flashing and tar paper in my attic, that’s gone. I didn’t notice it for a while but when I did I was mad. I didn’t have pictures of it there then gone so nothing I could do. The clean up was pretty good but picked up nails from the job for weeks after. Unprofessional in my opinion. Would not recommend.

I contacted 3 roofing contractors and Greg the Roofer had the most reasonable price, and I had a recommendation from my neighbor across the street. A week after detailed estimate with Brian from Greg's, Greg's crew was at my house replacing my roof (total tear off of two layers of roofing and reroof). The dumpster was removed the day they finished the roof, and Brian stopped over to double check the work(which he oversaw and communicated with the crew while they were working). He went up on the roof, inspected and explained everything they did. Brian also made sure everything was cleaned up properly. It looked like they were never at my house. Very organized company, roof is perfect. Highly recommend!
