I was very pleased with the estimate that Greg gave us for a re-roof and new gutters. Greg came out numerous times before, during and after the job was complete. I was impressed with his knowledge with my problems with insulation and ventilation in my home. Greg’s crew did outstanding work during the hottest time of the year. When completed, the crew did an outstanding job cleaning up. I would highly recommend his services to anyone, which I have already done. I had this company side my home about 2 1/2 yrs ago. They did a beautiful job on the siding BUT BROKE 2 windows on my home. At the time it happened, I was told what happened. They immediately admitted responsibility and promised to come back and fix them. No one came back and when I called they told me the one window was special order and everything was backed up due to COVID. I started calling trying to find out when the windows would be replaced. Every time I was told they'd lookinto it and call me back. No one called me back EVER. I've lost count of how many times I called and never got a response. Even as recently as a month or so ago I was still being given the same answer and never received a call back. In good faith I paid them everything I owed them because I thought they would be true to their word but they were not. Since its obvious my windows won't be replaced I would not recommend using them but if you do PROCEED WITH CAUTION. In your response you state the windows were
