Did a job for a family business and failed to obtain a permit for it and when we asked him to get the permit he refused and told us to get the permit ourselves and said not to call him. Licensed electrician only can obtain the permit. The job ended costing us double.
*****. 5 star recommendation! ***** It’s a holiday weekend, my lights are flickering and I’m really nervous about this. Fire - blowing out equipment etc Koosha responded right away! Super easy to schedule, great communication, arrived on time. Explained and showed me what was wrong and what my options are. I did option 1 today and scheduled the permanent fix for later this month. ALL this on a holiday weekend y’all !! Oh and not only did Koosha not charge a “holiday rate” but the price he charged was under the estimate! I’m super happy and recommend Koosha and RocTech Solution for any work you need!
