Hometowne Energy

Hometowne is great to deal with, wonderful service and friendly staff. They need to find a better way for leaving bills after a delivery as two of them blew away on me this year, which created extra work to call for an invoice.

Service was great until my most recent refill. My account was charged for another customers fill and it took 3 calls to correct. There is also an early pay discount which wasn't corrected from my december invoice which was part of those 3 calls and still hasn't been fixed so a 4th call is going to be made. The rewards program needs to be updated to let you know when you qualify for that reward instead of showing it, but just saying you don't have enough points. Overall I'm happy with them and understand its a challenging environment these days. Without the last 2 months glitches, I'd give them 5 stars.

Excellent service since day one. Switched to them from Kirkwood/Noco and its night and day. Rapid responses, helpful assistance and punctual. Fuel prices are ridic right meow so I loathe refilling the tank but like, Hometowne helps make that sting less. Tom was a great POC when I started shopping around for a new oil company and hes still great at taking my calls even though they already have me as a customer. Would def recommend to family and friends. Fantastic lady at the front desk too. Cant say enough good things about them. A++
