When I say AMAZING it doesn’t begin to describe the level of service I received. Juan was great & showed true compassion and understanding when I explained my central air wasn’t cooling & the temperature in the house was mid 80’s by then. His Tech Daniel came later that day & I was blown away by Daniel’s knowledge & the way he educated me on the issue. I’ve used many of the bigger companies over the years & I can tell you that I have never experienced this level of exceptional customer service!
My AC went out during the hottest week of July. Juan was prompt, communicated everything he was doing, and focused on fixing what I had not selling me a new system. He's definitely my guy for future work. I highly recommend JBB Mechanical if you need them. Service: Repair HVAC
