We had a whole house hvac system replaced, and were thoroughly impressed with this company. The sales person Mike was excellent and gave us options with no pressure and even showed up on install day to make sure everything was going well. Kevin and Nicholas were hard working and professional and made the install painless for us. Kevin also went over maintenance with me and showed me what to do. Adam and Braden did a great job with the insulation that we qualified for from the energy audit.They even found and brought down a bunch of doors and things from the attic that we didn't even know were up there! All in all, this is the best and most professional company we have used since we have been in our home.

Had a recent Maintenance Service done on my furnace/central A/C system . Had this Carrier system installed last year by John Betlem. Runs great , just want to keep it that way. The Service Technician ( Miles)who did this Annual Maintenance service , was very friendly/customer service seem like his priority, /very professional, was on time to do the service and very knowledgeable about my system. . Said my unit was working well , no issues adjusted the speed of the airflow from the Central Air , replaced my filter on my humidifier , and took many pictures of my Furnace/A/C . Cleaned up but my furnace and A/C and when he was done it was cleaner that it was when he started:) Definitely like to have Miles return to do this service next time. He did a great job! I really like the technicians Eric and the technician that worked with Eric that day (forgive me for forgetting your name). They both went far and beyond. They discovered and stopped a gas leak in our basement and disabled an electrical live wire running from upstairs. They both did a excellent job installing our central air and we really love it.
