Arrived on time.. surveyed the damages gave a reasonable estimate and performed all work in a timely manor cleaning up after himself as he went. Very pleasant, knowledgeable young man. Second time having Trevor out to work on a clog, and he continues to not disappoint. He's friendly, funny, and very informative.
