One of your employees was fixing my roof terribly and was incredibly rude. When I asked him to look at a part of my roof before he left he gave me a ton of attitude and showed terrible customer service. He cussed me out before he left and I do not appreciate it. Terrible service.
Trey came promptly to inspect a leak from my rental's skylight. He did a thorough inspection and placed a temporary tarp over the skylight to stop the leak, until I decide what I want to do. His recommendations were spot on and he was very responsive. Thank you Trey.
