I have a few rental properties and Dyna Mole and Micah have always been excellent at being able to come look at whatever issue I have, along with fix my issue quickly, and for a reasonable fee. Micah is always honest and doens't try to make me spend money on fixing something if it isn't necessary. I appreciate his honestly and will always go to him for any of my plumbing issues on any of my properties and my own home.

It’s rare these days but my experience with Micah and Dyna Mole has been amazing. This past October I had them replace my sewer main using their pipe bursting equipment. When I called the office for a quote the woman took my information and said someone would call to setup a time. Micah called within 15 minutes and came out that day to scope the line and provide an estimate. I had the written episode that day by email. Micah was always available and answered my emails or calls right away. He was very knowledgeable and was willing to answer the hard questions. When the crew came to do the work, they were fantastic. They hit a big of a snag with finding the water main shutoff as it was under a tree but the work through it and got the job done. The crew was pleasant, presentable, very knowledgeable, and most importantly cared about my property. Micah called at the end of each day to provide me an update, which was awesome. I have watched the same truck (truck 106) countless times going down the freeway at 85+ mph, in and out of traffic on the 490 on my way to work in the morning, causing hazardous driving conditions to other drivers. I would not recommend people this careless to do any line of work. I'll make sure I take my business elsewhere if I ever need this type of work done
