I was in need of a new central air conditioning system so I spoke to Kelly and she set me up with Joe,the salesman for the next morning. Joe spent a few hours going over my options and we came to the decision to do my ac and furnace together. Within 3 hours Joe had me financed and set up for a Thursday and Friday installation. I then received a phone call from Amber and she pushed the job up a day for me which was awesome. Jerome and Jake, the technicians completed the job in less than 2 days. Their workmanship was very professional. Everything looks really good. My basement is cleaner now than when they started. I didn't get to meet them but my girlfriend said they were really nice and worked hard. I got home from work today and the ac felt wonderful as I'm sure the heat will soon. I called Joe to thank him and now I will be replacing my hot water heater. I feel that the prices were fair, the work was very well done and all the employees were great. The first appointment I scheduled never got actually scheduled. However when I called that day, they got me scheduled for the next morning. The service technician, John, was awesome. He took the time to answer all of my questions and filled me in about what he found that needed fixing! Then he answered some more questions for me. All the while being extremely polite and not irritated by so many questions and what ifs! Now that’s what I call customer service!

We've been having some issues with our air conditioning. I called today and they were able to get someone to my house within a few hours. Andrew LaChapelle was our service tech and he was amazing!
