Had scheduled an appointment with this company months ago, during Christmas season where we were in critical need of replacing the ceiling of our basement as well as a replacement of our roofing system. Person on the phone hung up before I finished the first time, gave me an empty promise the next, and just failed to pick up after the first few times I had called. Said they would work out the roof, but not our ceiling. Thought they did home renovations, but ok. Not a problem. But after several attempts at ghosting me, I had enough and paid them a physical visit. We worked out a plan, faith was restored, and the contractor was supposed to come Jan 10th. Never showed. Later on, an extremely late email informing us that they were piled up on requests. February 5th was the next available date, said they'd be there for sure, and lo and behold, nothing. Once again, a copy and pasted email telling me that they were dealing with a large bandwidth and they will get back to me. This business is

The owner John provided us with the honest quote, explaining the whole process and delivered the plan as promised. The project manager Jennifer was in complete communication throughout the job, informing us as things progressed. No surprises! Our experience with Trinity Home Renovations was outstanding! John came out for our initial meeting to hear our concerns, get his opinion and an estimate. He listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. John followed up with a very comprehensive estimate including pictures and explanations for everything. We then followed up with a conference call after receiving other estimates, to answer questions some questions and discuss changes we were interested in making. We decide to go with Trinity after that call and John had the revised estimate to us the next day. Within a day or two we were contacted by Jenny the project manager to arrange drop off of color samples. Once we made our selection we were on the schedule for the very next week for installation. Jenny came early on day one, explained everything that would be happening and an estimated timeframe for completion.
