Late on a Saturday afternoon a sewer backup was discovered at our church. About an hour after my call to Zoom Drain, Paul D. was on site. He was courteous and efficient as he assessed the problem. He was equipped with an impressive array of tools and equipment, and he was knowledgeable and thorough with his use of them. The sewer line was open and usable again within two hours which allowed the church to proceed with scheduled Sunday services. I'm still amazed. I called at 8:30 AM spoke a real person who took down all my info, the scheduler called back within 5 minutes. The crew was at my house by 9:30 and done and gone by 11:30. The price was reasonable (I would have created more problems if I did DIY) and my problem was solved in 3 hours from initial call to them leaving....I'm still amazed Service: Drain cleaning
