I understand the ownership has changed. I wish I knew that earlier. 11 months of torture trying to get them to fix a central A/C unit they installed. I have two technicians on two different service calls on video explaining why it was installed incorrectly for multiple reasons. Pictures show leaking a/c coolant. this was finally fixed on visit 7. Still waiting for my original complaint to be addressed. BTW other good reviews are bots, check number of reviews for each.

During the heat wave our a/c stopped working while we had our 2 grandsons with us, both under 2 and a half years old. Instead of sending someone the next morning, Universe sent a technician that afternoon who spent many hours attempting to track down the issue. Since he was not able to get it working that day they send another technician early the next day who resolved a complicated problem with the help of the manufacturer. Both worked hard to get the job done. They were friendly and professional. We will call them for any future appliance repairs and recommend them to others. Thanks to both service technicians.
