Paul and Nick were awesome. Very professional and personable. They worked meticulously and were attentive to being neat and careful . They loved my dogs and were so careful going in and out closing all the gates. I was very satisfied with the completion of the work. Universe is a trustworthy and professional company.

I understand the ownership has changed. I wish I knew that earlier. 11 months of torture trying to get them to fix a central A/C unit they installed. I have two technicians on two different service calls on video explaining why it was installed incorrectly for multiple reasons. Pictures show leaking a/c coolant. this was finally fixed on visit 7. Still waiting for my original complaint to be addressed. BTW other good reviews are bots, check number of reviews for each.

Tom and the crew that installed our ductless air conditioning system were very professional and helpful. They came together as a team to brain storm on solutions to make the project clean and unintrusive.
