Hot Wired Electrical

We had a pool installed on July 13th. Hot wired electric was referred by some friends of ours. We contacted hot wire and they came out on June 22nd to commit to the job and they were notified of the install date. After the pool was installed, we left numerous messages for Keith to come out and install the electric. After finally getting a hold of him, he assured us we were on the schedule. Numerous and varying excuses led Keith to tell us that he would get to us next week. This continued for the entire summer. On September 12th, he informed us that they were no longer interested in the job. When we finally began to show frustration in September, there were never apologies, instead pointing the finger at us for poor communication. If you need electrical work done, we suggest going elsewhere to save yourself from disappointment and frustration.

Keith and his staff were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Arrived on time and performed the job precisely as quoted. I would unreservedly recommend them for electrical services! Thanks guys! Services: Electrical panel replacement or upgrading, Electrical outlet & switch installation
