We needed two flush-mount ceiling lights and one fan removed, and new fixtures installed. Master Electric was reasonably priced for this small job and got us on the schedule quickly. They service my Generac stand by home generator. My service Tech was Eric he was very thorough and very knowledgeable. Took time to explain what he was looking at. We had Paul come to our house to give us a bid for a generator. We moved to buffalo a month ago. He was a real lifesaver for me. As I was showing him down to the basement I fell. He instantly held my little baby and made sure we were okay. (Thankfully my baby was just fine) My foot/ankle began to swell and he offered me a ride to the doctor to get it checked out. Paul loaded up my baby, carried me to the car, and drove us to the urgent care. He rearranged his schedule to make sure a complete stranger was going to be alright. Paul is a man you can trust. He even called me a few days after the incident to make sure I was doing okay. This company will always have my business.
