I called Whynn Electric in Springfield Gardens because a tenant called to say the electric was out in half of the house. This occurred during the first heat wave of the season. I called my regular electrician and he was swamped with work, so I had the chore of finding someone I didn't know and trusting them to fix the electrical panel. I decided to try Whynn since it was in the neighborhood of where the house was located. I called in the morning spoke with Dwayne and was told he could be there by 1pm. He asked for my tenants name and phone number and he stated that if he was detained later than 1pm my tenant would be notified. I received a call from Wayne at 1pm stating he had arrived and was ready to work. He fixed the problem in the panel quickly and let me know what the issue was and how he addressed it. I was so relieved. He was professional, prompt, courteous and knew exactly what the problem was.I now have a new electrician. I will continue to use Whynn. Thank you Dwayne I will b
