We needed electrical heating vents repaired and had gotten either the runaround or ghosted entirely by many other businesses all winter, leaving us with a very cold main floor. We were a little nervous about the required minimum hours as we weren't sure how long the repair would take but they did end up using enough of it that it wasn't an issue. And we'd rather have the repairs done than continue waiting who knows how long. The repairman was a bit late but he did call us to let us know so I don't hold it against him since we were kept in the loop. Repairs were completed and cleaned up same-day, including vacuuming up any dust and patching the wall where an older, larger thermostat used to be.
