Enrique is a true professional, very personable, and easy to work with. He was very thorough with accessing what work needed to be done, and explaining how he and his team would get it done. After installing the AC unit, we discovered that a pre-existing line was compromised, but Enrique went above and beyond to redo his work just to fix a problem that wasn't of his making. The entire job was completed in a timely manner, and he also called as a follow-up to make sure everything was working as it should. It was a pleasure working with Enrique and his team and would definitely recommend their service to anyone.

Enrique is very knowledgeable. He takes you calls promptly and if he can't talk at the moment he definitely gets back to you. He explained everything to me thoroughly and suggested what's best in my situation. His team is good and leaves the work area clean when done. Our AC stopped working when it was very hot and humid and impossible to breathe without AC. We called several companies and they said they would come some time in a few days, in a week, and one wanted to come in 3(!) weeks! When we called Enrique not only he came the same day to do an estimate, he explained why he recommended a particular brand, and he and his team came the following morning as promised, did all the work to replace AC and the heating system, replaced an outside electric outlet at no charge, cleaned up after themselves and charged less then the others quoted.
