James takes much pride in his craft, he was very respectful, patient, and very efficient. He gave me valuable advice. Talked to me at what was being repaired and also showed me the damaged piece of my unit. I am 100% satisfied with James and the PAC company. I highly recommend their services. Jimmy came out for an inspection. Was great in explaining issues, and services. Thanks. Kerry and Alex came over to clear out my main sewer line. They were very courteous, and professional. They gave me a lot of great advice, options and pricing. Which was greatly appreciated. I have futures repairs in mind and would gladly have them come back. Thanks for your help. Ken came to do a regular plumbing maintenance (as a member they do these routinely) appointment. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Did the inspection, taking time to explain and show me things as the homeowner I should know (but I did not- thanks to Ken, now I do!) Took care of some items that came up and did a fantastic job, clean and professionally done! Overall great experience with Ken today…could not say enough complimentary things about him and PAC! ????
