He came out promptly on time and diagnosed the problem with my garage door almost immediately. He was efficient and fast in making the repairs and gave me advice on simple maintenance items I can do to keep my door operating smoothly.

One day, our garage door closed with a SLAM, which wasn't pleasant to hear. These are instances that we categorize as "no fun" as new homeowners. We messaged these guys, and we nearly immediately received a response. Home service appointments typically give awful arrival time windows, such as "we'll be there between 7am and 7pm." These guys not! Amazingly, they were able to arrive the following morning between 10:00 and 10:30! It was tuned up and a cable was replaced, and now it is considerably quieter.
