we had an emergency plumbing issue like we couldn’t even use the water in our house bc of how bad it was. Mike came by in about 30 mins from us calling (it was around 11pm too) and fixed our issue. he was very polite and knew exactly what to do. would definitely recommend him to my friends and use your services again!

I can honestly say that our first time Rotor Rooter experience was very positive. Contacted them by email the evening prior and by 8:30 am the following a.m. I received a call they would be arriving in 15 min. I had sewage back up into my basement and Roto-Rooter was able to send someone over within an hour. Sebastian was my service technician and I was very pleased with his work. Professional, gave detailed explanations, answered all my questions, fixed my problem and gave me preventative solutions. Even came back the next day to make sure all the roots and debris were cleared away. When I had one more question over the weekend, I was called back promptly by Sebastian, who was on call, and he patiently answered my question. Thank you Sebastian and Roto-Rooter!
