Update: 6 years after my initial great experience with DBR my next attempt to hire them for a job did not go so well. Called to have them come out, the girl who picked up said she would get the info to her estimator and he would call me. Days went by and no call, so I called back and was assured she gave the info to her estimator and he would call me, that he was just backed up at the moment. A week and a half later and still no call. Called another company and they scheduled me right away. What is going on at DBR?? I had an issue at my rental property where the downstairs toilet and sink would back up at random times, before slowly going back down. Myself and the handyman I work with tried to fix the problem on three different occasions, each time thinking we had fixed the problem, but later finding out we had not. I decided to call DBR Plumbing and was not disappointed. Dan, the owner, came out initially, diagnosed the likely problem, and gave me prices for a few different options. T

They seem to have a difficult time with appointments. DBR was scheduled four days in advance for a water line repair at my home. They needed my credit card # over the phone to complete the appointment. When they failed to show, I phoned and was told the job already had been completed. Actually, no. No one ever showed up. They had no idea who at DBR had made the appointment as there was no record of it. Would they be able to come out later in the day...or the next? No.

So after 3 scheduled appointments that were all no call no shows.....I guess we move on. I understand that sometimes jobs take longer than expected....but a little communication would have been nice. I wasted the better part of 2 days waiting for someone to show up.
