I called several times to set up appointments and each time a service responded and gave me an approximate time DBR would come to my house for the repair work. Each time I called they failed to respond. No show, no call. I will not use DBR plumbing again. Services: Faucet repair, Faucet installation
Needed someone to snake (with a good snake, not one a person typically owns like myself) utility sink wasn't draining suddenly, plumber recommended I call dbr. They came the next week and water drains faster than ever before. Very satisfied
So after 3 scheduled appointments that were all no call no shows.....I guess we move on. I understand that sometimes jobs take longer than expected....but a little communication would have been nice. I wasted the better part of 2 days waiting for someone to show up.
