Update: 6 years after my initial great experience with DBR my next attempt to hire them for a job did not go so well. Called to have them come out, the girl who picked up said she would get the info to her estimator and he would call me. Days went by and no call, so I called back and was assured she gave the info to her estimator and he would call me, that he was just backed up at the moment. A week and a half later and still no call. Called another company and they scheduled me right away. What is going on at DBR?? I had an issue at my rental property where the downstairs toilet and sink would back up at random times, before slowly going back down. Myself and the handyman I work with tried to fix the problem on three different occasions, each time thinking we had fixed the problem, but later finding out we had not. I decided to call DBR Plumbing and was not disappointed. Dan, the owner, came out initially, diagnosed the likely problem, and gave me prices for a few different options. T

This company was given to us by AO Smith for a warranty repair. David took my call and said they'd be out Wednesday which was two days. I thought this was available but not great. Nobody showed up. I called and they stated they never scheduled me. Julie stated that they'd come out the next morning. It's the next morning... No show and I called. Same lady stated they'd not do the work. These guys are awful...
