Had a troubling smell coming from an outlet. Brandon picked up the phone and swung by right away to check it out since he was in the neighborhood. Quickly inspected my outlets and wiring, made sure they were safe, and refused to charge me since it turned out to be a minor issue. It's rare that you experience such responsiveness, honestly, and kindness. I will definitely be calling Brandon for my next electrical project. You should too.

Brandon was great, he was able to get here the same day we called, he took a look at our problem and knew exactly what it was. He could have charged us for the fix and ended up with a 500$ bill but he was honest with us and told us the easy fix. I’d recommend him and if we ever have another problem he will be my first call. I cannot say enough about these folks. My wife and I were both at work and out special needs son was home with a babysitter. Our electric panel completely fried. I called Guardian in a panic, Brandon came out same day and worked until the job was done. This was the day before New Years Eve. The prompt professional service aside, he is just a genuine nice guy.
