10/10 stars!! We called the day prior as a new customer who needed quick work to be done to put our house on the market. In less than 24 hrs, there were 2 technicians here that were able to fit us into their schedule. Both of the technicians were very polite and professional. The appointment lasted 20 mins, and the problem was resolved promptly & they are very reasonably priced. Such a wonderful experience. We have found the electrican for our future needs. Stagnitta Electric fit us in despite having a really packed schedule--thanks to Dave for that. Their tech, Ryan, was polite, highly capable, and honest. He informed me of a minor mishap which broke the glass on an antique picture. It would have taken weeks for me to discover on my own, if at all, but he wanted me to know. That kind of honesty is rare and very much appreciated, and it is why I will be calling Stagnitta for all our electrical service needs from now on. Thanks, Ryan! I called Stagnitta Electric because they were local and had great 5 star reviews. They came out right away and Ryan installed a new outdoor electrical outlet for me and he also replaced the plugs on my septic pump that were bad and he did an amazing job! He made sure my pump was working properly and now there's no need for me to call the septic pump repairman. I really appreciated the extra customer service.
