First I asked for help and employee said ok then someone said “hi” and they went over talking and I gave employees a few min then I go “excuse me” and employee goes “yea it’s over there I think , you can ask someone over there!” I thought ok maybe a friend they haven’t seen in awhile?, nope, they were laughing about night before! So I go looking and come to find out not that area I’m not happy now my mom is trying to clear stuff up at deck and she said “look” in Spanish and one of the employees “ nudged the other employee, pointed at my mom and laughed” well now I’m fuming! Come to find out they were laughing because the employee my mom said it to understood. IF I had not pointed it out I would not have known but I all I knew it they were laughing and talking about my mom! You DONT POINT AND LAUGH AT CUSTOMERS! We don’t know what your saying and will take it wrong because it “ looked wrong” will we go back HELL NO! RUDE! And it took 2days to get things straightened out !

We found all we needed. Reasonable prices. Good help, especially from one sales assistant.

As a veteran, I appreciate their parking for spots for those who served. Every time I go, and I go a lot, I have yet dealt with a not so friendly employee. Everyone are so friendly and very accommodating. Plus most of their prices are better than Home Depot.
