This is the place to go for any weird, old, plumbing fitting that no one else can find for you. They probably even have that part on a shelf waiting for you.
I needed a replacement valve stem for a 40-year-old Kohler tub valve. Mike identified the product at a glance, knew it was not in stock, and knew how long it would take to get (2 days). The valve stems cost $50; my only other alternative was to tear out the ceramic tiled wall and replace the entire valve. You can imagine how grateful I am. I have repaired plumbing in many locations on the east coast but have never received such knowledgeable and effective service.
Very knowledgeable and helpful. Took his time to explain how to fix the problem for even a novice. I will be using them in the future!
