I needed a replacement valve stem for a 40-year-old Kohler tub valve. Mike identified the product at a glance, knew it was not in stock, and knew how long it would take to get (2 days). The valve stems cost $50; my only other alternative was to tear out the ceramic tiled wall and replace the entire valve. You can imagine how grateful I am. I have repaired plumbing in many locations on the east coast but have never received such knowledgeable and effective service.

Vescera owner saved me from a serious repair. I searched big stores and the salesmen have no clue. Though he cannot get the part, he dismantled the important part and advised me to install. It worked wonderful. I will recommend this store by all means. He saved me couple of hundred dollars.

This was my third plumbing related stop for the day. The gentleman inside took a moment to verify what I actually needed based on his binder and computer and then disappeared in the back, returning a few moments later with the exact part that two other stores were confounded by.
