Would give zero stars if I could. This company called me incessantly for months trying to get me to allow them to come in to give me a free estimate. I repeatedly declined. During my first winter in this house, I had an issue with a frozen pipe, so when they called yet again, I told them to come on over. Apparently the issue that was causing my pipes to burst was a poorly insulated basement crawl space that was directly below the bathroom with all of the problems. That was the beginning of all of the back and forth. They have come every winter because my pipes continue to freeze. Their solution was to put a space heater in the crawlspace that they had "insulated" twice to thaw the pipes. Well, guess what that space heater isnt worth the 12k that this job cost. They also installed the wrong ventilation fan in my bathroom. They then asked me to purchase a fan from the store so they could switch them out. $875 was paid for the installation of that fan, yet a 5 year old probably could have
Great company, they did the home performance with energy star thing on my house,I got insulation, couple basement windows and a furnace. I got the 50/50 program through NY State. Very happy with the service.
