We recently contacted the company not knowing much info on what an energy audit was but wanted to learn more. The process started out with Tom Bassett coming to the house and telling us how what we could change to be more efficient/save money and told us about the fancy tests he was going to run for free so we could see a before and after on our bills. And how big of a difference we would see based on the numbers. We, again, knew nothing about the process and thought this was a great idea to have the tests run, for free. During our talks with Tom, he made sure to note that he was not a “salesman” and quickly came over to sign the contract. I had to call many times to ask for the tests and kept receiving excuses that the “batteries were dead, it’s too cold outside, I’m too busy with other clients, I don’t want you to judge us on our work based on the tests, this test is $250”. He kept promising the tests after I called and called but his team showed up and then there was no point to ru
They were amazing!!! Easy, accommodating to our needs. Dave Jr. & George were great, funny and reliable! While they were here some days we could not be home and they kept working with trust and confidence!!! Thank you Tom for answering all our questions and doubts and helping us make the educated decisions! I can't believe how much of a diffrenece the insulation has made!!!
