Where to begin? Tom is simply incredible. We had a few complex projects and are so impressed by Tom's approach, knowledge and skill. He came to the house several times before install to plan and gather details such as where we would like outlets, how to hide cords, review switch options, etc. Most electricians would never take the time to do this, especially free of charge, and especially with a fun attitude and good jokes along the way. He has a lovely wife and young son and it is nice to know that a trustworthy, nice, down to earth family man is in our home doing the work. He is top notch and in such high demand with other customers that we are just grateful that he could do the work for us. Tom is great to work with, especially for lighting design! He's worked on a number of projects for us over the last several years, mostly to improve the lighting. He listened to our wishes, and was very thoughtful and creative in meeting our vision for lighting that fit the unique 'character' and architecture of our nearly 100yo house. He provided lots of ideas and even a brought a panel of example fixtures to help guide our decision, right down to the color-temperature. He was also very transparent when he thought simply different bulbs were the easier answer rather than installing a new fixture. He also did a great job matching the texture of our ceilings and lath & plaster walls to conceal his work. In sum couldn't recommend him highly enough!!! Tom promptly returned my call for his services. He was upfront that he was booked up & couldn't take the job. He gave me a referral whom I will be calling. I'll definitely call him again when I have a project that can be scheduled for a future date.
