Country Suburban Heating & Air Conditioning

Today was our second use of Country Suburban and each time Harry worked with us on the cost. The employees worked hard with urgency and did a great job! Service: Ductless heating & A/C services

Needed an emergency call when our furnace wasn't working in a rental unit and we were out of town. Tech said he couldn't get the part for a week but could put in a new furnace the next day for a ridiculous price. My nephew got the part the next morning and had it fixed by noon. Nothing worse than a company trying to take advantage of a desperate situation. Checked Angie's list reviews and found multiple 1 star reviews similar to mine. Wish I checked first.

Had central air installed in 2020, had to have them back twice that year then again in 2021, and 2022. Once again this year (2023) went to use A/C and it wouldn't turn on. Called at 5:30pm on Tuesday the 23rd. No call, no show. Sent email, got response from Lisa. Was told they would definitely call in morning. Nothing. I sent another email finally saying I will hire another hvac contractor to come tell me what is wrong and how much to fix and that I would see them in court. Every technician he sent out said that install was done wrong and should be fixed and they would tell Harry. DO NOT USE THEM, ALL HE WANTS IS THAT MONEY AND THEN YOU'RE INVISIBLE. Service: Install AC
