Utica Roof Pros are just as their name says. I hired them to install a ridge vent and fix a sag in a small portion of the roof’s plywood by the old ridge vent. I Called on a Friday, got a quote at 8am Monday morning, booked them then for having a cheaper quote than other bids I received and a better overall professional presentation, and they showed up Thursday morning, four hours earlier than expected and they were done by lunch. Impressive overall experience in all aspects from the initial email which was followed by a return phone call in a half hour to the finished product which matched what was there perfectly! Knowledgeable installers answered all my questions and left my roof, gutters, bushes, and front lawn spotless. I’ve used others and by comparison this is the best of three companies I’ve had do roof work locally in the past year. Ed and his crew did a great job with my new roof installation. From keeping a close eye on the weather prior to the install to the work ethic, professionalism and skill set of the crew; it was a very positive experience. They have a well oiled installation process that I was very impressed with. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that wants an affordable roof with a quality workforce. Also, the person (John) who come out to perform the initial roof assessment and provided the estimate was top notch. Outstanding job in all respects!! Shingles, chimney, skylight installations are all far better than expected. Crew was very competent and efficient. Mike went out of his way to answer all of our questions throughout the project. He was very personable and I feel we can count on him and the Utica Roof Pros to follow up if we have any issues in the future.
