Kevin has been super helpful these past years. Not only is he quick with his repairs, he also shows and teaches us what he repairs and why the repair was necessary. I found Kevin after we needed an emergency visit due to an issue with a handyman incorrectly installing a smart thermostat. Kevin was responsive, punctual, informative and in that first visit most importantly available! Since our combination unit is about 15 years old, we have had additional repair needs (including finding solutions for discontinued parts) and each time Kevin has been excellent in addressing the problem and educating me along the way.
