Great experience from start to finish. One of the owners, Mike, came last week for a service call on my boiler. Mike was great to work with and explained everything he checked as he did it. I signed up for their annual maintenance plan, which offers great discounts on service and parts. Today, an employee, Daniel, came for my scheduled maintenance call. Daniel was on time, extremely knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. He also took the time to explain what was being checked and provided Do’s & Dont’s for optimal performance. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone in the area for one-off or recurring needs! Service: Heating system maintenance

We detected a leak from our water heater tank on a Sunday night. I called the Pipe Doctor that night and left a message. A plumbing technician was sent to my home the next morning by 10:30. The tech was very knowledgeable and determined what the cause of the leak was. He explained what the problem was and the proposed solution.
