I called Rheem Customer Service because I have a brand new gas water heater that no longer produced hot water. Rheem sent the Pipe Doctor the assignment and Mike showed up around 10:15am. He installed a new burner part within 90 minutes and had the water heater up and running. He called Rheem Customer Service to update them on the repair because if it breaks again, then I would get a new gas water heater. Thank you, Mike!
Definitely the most professional plumbing company I have ever came across!! Daniel was such a fun person. He knows how to make you laugh while he is doing his job. I wish there was more than 5 stars I can give this company.
