I called Mike on several emergencies, central ac, central heat, water boiler, etc. Each time he showed up right away and fixed the issue. May not be your cheapest guy but you dont want cheap service. He is very professional.

I called Rheem Customer Service because I have a brand new gas water heater that no longer produced hot water. Rheem sent the Pipe Doctor the assignment and Mike showed up around 10:15am. He installed a new burner part within 90 minutes and had the water heater up and running. He called Rheem Customer Service to update them on the repair because if it breaks again, then I would get a new gas water heater. Thank you, Mike!
